Interview Tab - revisions to allow a view of the last two reports and linking of parenting

Interview Tab - new information such as date since the last interview and reorganized so that names and IDs are stacked on each other
Interview – the child’s name will appear when
appropriate to make the interview more
personal and fixed a missing potential risk when children < 4 months were given solid food.
End Interview Report - ACE score appear at the end of the interview and in the detailed report.
End Interview Report – Risk areas are now grouped and allow an indicator that the area is a target for the family.
RPT – this link from the Interview census takes you to the report (previously thru Results Tab)
RPT-Results – shows the percent of areas in each Module that are a risk for the family/child. We want to provide services to reduce these to zero! New format shows for risk and for strength. Missing information is blank. Removed lines that do not apply to the child.
RPT – link to new ‘Steps for Success’. Areas targeted at the end of the interview will have a blue ‘start’, other areas will have a blue ‘edit’. This opens a new screen to partner with the family on specific topics and walks you thru the creation of SMART goals.
Steps for Success – Shows areas that are identified as target for the family or news ones added. Allows the track of progress and completion of steps toward goals.
Steps for Success – Allows access to research-based resources from Family Map but also allows you to upload local resources
Steps for Success – allow you to text or email resource information to the family.
